Refund Policy

Upon booking, the majority of our airline tickets and service charges are non-refundable after 24 hours.

Trip Protection Insurance

If travel has not yet begun, trip protection insurance is refundable within ten days of purchase. The customer can cancel their trip insurance by calling our customer care center at +1-888-928-8274.

Cancellation Process

Any cancellations must be made over the phone exclusively by contacting customer support at +1-888-928-8274.

Refund Eligibility Requirements

• The client has sent a cancellation and refund request to us
• There are cancellation and refund alternatives available under the fare regulation or rules under which the airline ticket is purchased
• Every traveler listed on the airline ticket is not a "No Show" (the majority of "no show" reservations do not qualify for any waivers from airlines regarding the processing of refunds)
• In order to perform the requested cancellation and reimbursement of the aforementioned ticket, we are able to obtain waivers from airlines

Refund Processing

Every refund request is handled in a methodical manner:

1. A refund-request-received email notification will be sent to the customer who has requested a refund
2. The customer is not immediately eligible for a refund after receiving the notification
3. After receiving the refund request, we will collaborate with the airlines and other suppliers to create a waiver in accordance with airline and other supplier regulations
4. We will then inform the customer of the supplier's decision

Please be aware that we rely on the airlines and suppliers to provide the refunds that we have requested. All vendors typically impose a penalty for refunds.

From the time a refund request is received until credit appears on the card statement, the full procedure could take 60 to 90 days. It could take longer for the refunded amount to show up on the customer's credit card account once the supplier has authorized the refund.

farebulktravels.com will impose a post-ticketing services fee, if applicable, in addition to the refund penalties imposed by the suppliers. Every refund cost is assessed on a per-ticket, per-passenger basis. These costs will only be incurred if the supplier has approved a refund or a waiver has been obtained, and only if the provider's policies allow for such reimbursements.

We will reimburse you the post-ticketing service fees related to the agent-assisted refund request if the supplier is unable to effectuate the refund; however, we will not reimburse you for the original booking or travel reservation expenses.

Our Assistance Refunds are not available for fees related to the initial travel reservation or booking.

Unique Cancellation Process

Unique Cancellation Password

Our operators will issue a unique cancellation password to the email address provided when the booking was made when a customer asks farebulktravels.com to cancel a ticket reservation.

To complete the cancellation request, the consumer requesting the refund must give our agents their unique cancellation password when prompted.

We might not be able to process the cancellation request if the customer cannot access the email given and cannot give our customer support representatives the Unique Cancellation Password.

The Unique Cancellation Password is valid for three hours after it is issued. A new Unique Cancellation Password must be obtained by the consumer calling us again if the current one expires before the refund request is handled.
